Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions that apply when you use the service provided by Bulmeong ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. This is a translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. The service
The site provides, free of charge, scenes of fire and rain with background sounds that you can enjoy in a browser, together with related articles. Anyone can use it without signing up.
2. Acceptable use
- You must not interfere with the normal operation of the site, for example through excessive automated requests or attacks on vulnerabilities.
- You must not copy and redistribute the site's visuals, text or code, or present them as your own, without the operator's permission. You are free to display the scenes for your own enjoyment.
3. Changes and interruptions
The operator may change the content of the service or add and remove features, and may suspend the service temporarily or permanently without prior notice when operationally necessary.
4. Disclaimer
- The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will run without interruption on every device and browser.
- You are responsible for battery drain, device heat, display burn-in, electricity costs and data charges that result from leaving the screen on for long periods. The sleep timer is recommended for long sessions.
- The sleep timer and the keep-screen-awake feature may behave differently from what you expect depending on your browser and device.
- The fire on this site is a graphic drawn on screen. The site does not provide safety guidance for handling real fire.
5. Advertising
The site may display advertisements provided by third parties. The content of those advertisements, and any transactions on external sites reached through them, are the responsibility of the advertiser; the operator is not involved.
6. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
